Phila., PA Precancel (Sears Roebuck & Co. Feb. 1940)

As this is a Sears dated overprint, I imagine it must be a pretty common precancel, but I have to say that I haven't come across many (if any) precancels that have the entire state name of "Pennsylvania" spelled out in full block letters.

Based on the imprint, it looks as if both the city/state number and the "SRCFEB40" date was done in the same printing run. Must be one of the numerous L-type varieties for that city (?)

You have a L-28 IHS variety.
