Wow you are on a roll smauggie,

Next lesson: A single page contains all the stamps from the set, To prevent there being millions of pages for each and every stamp, a single page holds all the info pertaining to that set, including any miniature sheets, fdc, covers, varieties etc.

For example- South Africa Union -Coronation 1937 - http://www.stampsoftheworld.co.uk/i...7_Coronation

Has all the stamps, the varieties and I have left a holder for a first day cover. Another complete page for Transkei.

So for the Cook Islands and Cayman pages if there are more stamps to those series they should be added to the same page as the ones created. You can edit any of the above examples and see how they are created.
