I heard that this stamp of 1934 year Nebraska. Is it really? Is it genuine? Thanks.

Yes. It was issued as a Souvenir Sheet (Scott #751) on October 10, 1934. It appears you have an uncut set of four souvenir sheets, which would likely bring a premium to its value.

That was not where the sheet was issued but where the the stamp show was held.
The Trans-Mississippi Philatelic Exposition held in Omaha, NE, 10/1934.
