Great Britain Envelope Or Newspaper Wrapper

This embossed stamp of Edward VII (maybe George V) has the look and feel of a newspaper wrapper, but my knowledge of these types of stamps is very limited. It could very well be a thin envelope. Can anyone catalog or put a relative value (next to nothing I am sure) on it?

This is King George V envelope cut-out (cut square) from an envelope issued in 1912. Again this was issued in two sizes. Collect British Postal Stationery lists the complete envelopes both at £2.00 used so I'm afraid there's not much value in this cut-out particularly with such a heavy postmark.

The stamps on King George V wrappers were rectangular like the adhesive stamps of the time.
