I've seen this one before on a GB stamp. It's a mark of the Magyar Kir. Adria Company, a Hungarian steamship company in the Adriatic.

Here's a picture of the cancellation. The text is Hazanak Hazanal.

I remember londonbus1 thought it was Hebrew. I thought it was Elvish!

The top two lines seem to be Hebrew script, but the line under the 10 is not. Isn't that where we got to last time?
