Not only am I not sure what country or type of stamp. I don't even know if I have all of the stamp. There seems like there should be more at the bottom. Maybe some kind of telegraph stamp. I can read ALBERT around the edge. Can anyone help with this?

Quite certain that is a Belgian revenue (or at least a big chunk of one).

I think that stamp postdates the Forbin catalogue, for what its worth. I don't know what catalogue will list them, but someone will have one.

Nice to see a full one. So I can put it in the Belgian tax stamp part of my book. Maybe the people only owed half a tax. Thanks everyone for all the information. Someday I will be able to reciprocate. Just great having other stampers to talk to. - Jeff

Actually Jeff, I reckon one learns more in
answering queries, It kinda makes you
ensure you have the right info.
(But being prepared for the eventual cock-up as well )

If anyone out there has any catalog information on these stamps it would be nice to hear from you. Rod, very interesting set of stamp collecting groups you have. I spend the majority of my time on U.S. (as you can tell from my lack of world knowledge), but as soon as I can email I will shoot you some scans of some old Easter Seals I need to get rid of, unless anyone else also collects them, but I did not see it mentioned under "what our members collect".

Hi, These Belgian revenues are included in the Barefoot cataloge, Benelux Revenues (2007). The ones shown here are from the 1925 series and these values are priced at the minimum value (10p for each of the complete pairs).
