I got a tip from the post 1940 World forum group that this might be a Turkish Revenue, which would explain why I can't find it. Really odd the way the perfs follow the crooked bottom of the stamp! Can anyone help with a catalog or near value? Thanks in advance - Jeff

Can't really help. A postmark only 193(?)2. So before 1932. I found this among other Turkish stamps ( inherited collection), but couldn`t find it in catalogues.

Hi, They're 2 piastre Turkish general revenue stamps issued in 1925. This was one of the last Turkish issues to use the Arabic alphabet for writing Turkish.
