It was mentioned in another post that certain precancels with blue dated overprints command a small premium. In this connection, how do these two examples stack up from Philadelphia? Also, does anyone know what the "RRC" initials may stand for?

Raymond Rosen Co, an electrical co., 3 types, this is type one used from 1938-41 for 18 months.
Type 2 was used 1 month in 1945, type 3, 2 months in 1947.

Thanks! Sosunds like this is the same company, quite prevalent in the Philadelphia market in those days:
