Had this one over on the post 1940 forum group also and Cjd thought it might be a revenue so I will put it out here and see what anyone can figure out. I have not been able to identify it but cjg called the bird the Hawk of Qureish the old Syrian coat of arms. Does that help anyone? Does anyone know the catalog on this stamp or near value?
