At times we may tend to look at back of book items, postage dues, officials etc; as less than first class citizens..but they can be very attractive !

I just realize that since 2002 Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is abbreviate by SPM on the stamps. Nice stamps but expensive to collect.
