I got the 1883 part from the stamp. Osterr. I am guessing Austria and the last couple of stempelmarke I put up here were revenues. So I hope I am getting the hang of it, but if anyone has the specifics i.e. catalog number or near value, or input I would appreciate it.

This one will be old enough to appear in Forbin. Your i.d. seems on the money.

You can get an old Forbin catalogue, which is more or less worldwide and pretty good for pre-1915 stuff. Hard copies are expensive when you find them, but it has been scanned and is now sold electronically for relatively low dollars. You will frequently still find Forbin numbers in use.

Otherwise, for English-language, modern options, the Barefoot catalogue that nigelc linked for you is the way to go, but the series is pretty much country by country, with a few exceptions. They get updated every few to several years, which is why I figure the 2002 Austria is probably due for a reworking.

The newish Barefoot UK revenue catalogue was issued in color, and the upcoming Commonwealth edition is going to be color (there was a limited run of 200 in color in 2008), so here's hoping that this constitutes a trend that permeates the rest of the lineup over time.

I know some think the color catalogues are an unnecessary gimmick, but I like them.
