Tsar Ferdinand, 1 Leva, issued 1911 febr. 14. Can`t tell you nothing about perfin. Two types: perf. 12 & perf. 11,5 (1915 issue), the latest`s picture slightly larger.

That's a really nice set of stamps,
great designs, the tsar in admiral's uniform is super.
Never understood, the engravers were
A.Mitow and G. Estavien and they autographed the plate.
To me it looks like "F.G" not "E.G" on the stamps.

I had not realised till you mentioned it
there were re engraved plates.
