What I don't understand... corner are often perfectly rounded... Maybe scissors specialist are able to do that but i'm surprise to see it on some stamps.
Could have been someone in a cutting-the-stamps-off-of-the-envelopes Saturday afternoon around the table at the charity group, talking about the latest gossip and not paying attention to exactly where they were cutting.
If they were used to cutting something else, perhaps cloth patches or squares, or even just didn't pay attention the the rounded corners could happen perhaps.
Lucky there are no finger parts still attached too. That is rather close cutting.
The rounded corners are probably from years and years of rubbing up against other things, IE: envelope, other stamps in a n envelope or glassine, shoebox.... It's not like someone snipped it yesterday
