Vietnam- Rare Stamps

Ok, they are not RARE. But I wanted to share this with folks.
Some documents I dug out of my safe when looking for other paperwork.
My wife has had these since her mom died.

The first, I think, is a birth or adoption certificate with some sort of revenue stamps.
The others are WHO International Certificates of Vaccination.

Positive ID is more welcome. :)
