Anyone ever use a USBNA Postage Stamp Catalog? I came across one at a hobby store over the weekend for $26.95.

Who publishes it? I suspect it is H.E. Harris & Co. (Whitman Publishing). If so, it's a decent enough catalog for the beginner collector, but its values are typically out of line compared with Scott. The last time I looked at one a few years ago, they did include a number of listings for items not otherwise available in a single volume, so it has it's place, but it's not really competitive with other established catalogs (especially if you are looking at it to determine values).

It had a lot of BOB, US possessions, and Canadian stamps. That's what attracted me to it. And I did not look to see who published it.

Correct- H.E. Harris & Co. (Whitman Publishing)

I used to carry a paper copy to use as a checklist for years at shows in the 80's. They have nice identifications on issues. But as for there prices they are way out of reason.

Right now a 2011 copy on Amazon goes for $19.10.
