Hopefully my last china stamp ID for a while! The stamp is Scott A62, but I couldn't find the overprint listed anywhere. Maybe a postage stamp converted to postal savings?

Found it on the internet-- A postal savings overprint of the Nationalist government issued in Kwangtung(Guangdong) in 1943.

This is a postal savings stamp. It had no postal validity, and is not listed in the catalogues. It comes up regularly, and has been discussed here before.
