I came across this stamp while sorting.


Do you think this is a legitimate cancel or some-body's fantasy cancel.

This stamp is not a legitimate cancel. Postal Services will not go to that much trouble or ink to cancel a stamp. This stamp is Washington and looks that have had a pre-cancell just to the left. Condition isn't the best its folded in the bottom right corner and looks to have some debris on the right side. Hope this helps.
