Your stamp is neither a variety nor a forgery but
Michel Soviet Occupation Zone Province Saxony # 90.

The paper is very thin, glassy appearance, transparent, so called
Cigarette paper.
As per Michel the paper was originally meant for Greek tax stamps.

I have a similar stamp however it is Green with a number 6 and a long piece of paper on the side with the number 3 on it, Similar to the 1,80 shown below. However mine is not perforated at all it has straight edges all round - is it a fake - does anybody know?? Tony
