Navajo Jewelry 2-Cent Coil

As I mentioned in a previous post, I ordered some items from USPS Stamp Fulfillment Services, including a strip of the 2-cent Navajo Jewelry coil. The plate strip is shown here:



If you look at the stamp immediately to right of the plate number, it looks as if there is a printing flaw of some kind next to the date (2011). A close up shows it like this:



Do I just chalk it up to some debris in the printing process or is it a collectible variety?

(Note: This is one of the few gummed stamps still being produced by the USPS.)

Just a novice at this type of thing, but it looks like a plate flaw top me, some speck on the plate at the time.
