Except, of course, if this cover was collected for its FDC postmark. This postmark has a value of £10 (Collect British First Day Covers - Bradbury).

if this was a Benham silk cover it would have a value of £175! It's not all about the stamps

Jubilee, This postcard was included with the cover, and the back of the cover reads An official Royal Mail Cover, The House of Questa.

The postmark on this cover is far nicer and more appropriate than the official [Kensington and Bureau] Royal Mail First Day Postmarks which were only words.

I do not know why St.Paul's Cathedral was chosen

I will never forget the service held in Westminster Abbey on September 6th 1997, five months before the stamp issue. In fact the whole day was one which will live long in my memory. And Elton John's special rendition of 'Candle in the Wind' had a nation in tears.

And a Londonbus too.

Her fairytale wedding was in St Paul's. I was on holiday in Switzerland at the time and everyone there seemed to be watching it on TV.
