The only listing in the catalog for South Otselic is 735 - which has a comma. You can see it at the extreme left as a carryover from the previous stamp.

Can anyone ID the right one (without a comma)?

The stamp on the right is a well-known, privately-made, fabrication - not a precancel. It exists on hundreds of denominations.
