Trying to get some Opinions on this stamp. This is a mint stamp. You can see that all the black is offset. Trying to figure out if this could be a rare variety. I didnt see any variety in the catalog so I am interested in everyone input

Offsets of less than 25% are generally not particularly desirable. Because this is not a fault in the stamp design, but a rather common printing foible, this type of error will not be listed in a catalog.
