Don't apologize wt1, I just can't believe it. That's not where I got it from and it was just part of what was included in the newspaper group that I showed as my new acquisition. Very unusual and cool. - Jeff

It looks very similar to the reverse of my 1893 Columbian Exposition admission tickets minus the hand stamps & company logo, which were also produced by the American Bank Note Co.

I'd love to get one of those to go with my US Treasury Dept seal.

The stamp came off the top sheet (heavy thick brown protection sheet) of a stack of sheets sent to the post office. I have several if anyone wants a scan.
