This may be "information overload" for some, but the Postal Regulatory Commission just issued their 03/24/2011 "advisory opinion" on reducing the USPS Mail Delivery from Six to Five Days:

Interesting to see the variance between the PRC and USPS numbers. While I don't doubt the USPS has a financial problem, if it can be proved that the USPS is intentionally inflating their figures on this one matter, maybe the same holds true for the entire state of the USPS's financial position (?).

Admittedly, this is well over my head to analyze, but it does seem as though the USPS will be facing an uphill battle with Congress.
