

This I know to be a very common stamp, but the one below the pair seems to be on a different type of paper. It is almost as thin as the rice paper stamps of China, and when reversed you can actually see the pattern on the other side of the stamp.
Perhaps this could also be that the ink was not dry and it printed an image on the back of the other stamp, but that would not explain the the thiness of the paper.
All ideas appreciated. This came out of a stock book that was purchased in a thrift shop. (Just love those places)
