No references that I'm aware of as far as rarity or pricing. Keeping abreast of results from
ebay, bidstart, stampauctionnetwork, ericjackson.com, friedbergstamps.com, and attending shows and seeing what people sell things for is really the best way to do so.
The Tolman references on railroad and insurance cancels are must-haves for attributing cancels, but there is no pricing or scarcity information.
When you think about a pricing/rarity reference, it would truly be a daunting task. It's not just the cancel per se, but also (1) the ink color used for the cancel, (2) which stamp it is used on, (3) the date of the cancel, (4) the placement of the strike, and (5) the quality/crispness of the strike.
So many variables that can influence pricing.
