Is scott #331 for these two stamps (Perforation 12)?

I'm not sure for the left one... look smaller...

Both stamps are of the same perforation. The only question is whether they are double-line USPS watermark for #331, or single-line USPS watermark for #374.

This is one of the easyer ones of the washingtons From the scan they are not 357 blush paper or 331b china clay so as khj said they are 331 double line or 374 single line watermark
I don't know why but I think there is one of each, the precancel a 331 and the other a 374, let me know if I'm right there is no way of knowing without the water mark but I feel lucky lol

You're probably right. I have a lot of problems with american WM... They are very difficult to see.
