Hello All,
I have questions about what I think is an Afganistan postal card. Does anyone know when these were printed? I'm guessing early 20th century given the indicium has the National Seal - I think. What is the face value? It looks like a rough printing job.

Hi Will, It looks like Higgins & Gage #5 from 1921 4 paisa dark blue on thin soft off white paper.
