The KGV Exhibition cover I mentioned above. My cancels all have the collection time noted and so do all the ones I have just checked out on the net [Granted, there are many more out there, but the Official Cancel does have the time on it !].
The price range for these GV Exhibition covers is quite varied. I saw $2 and also $20 ! And they were all quite similar.
Your cover has the added incentive of a SG371 used on the First Day.
