Can anyone tell me what I have here? I won it last night on ebay for a penny! cost a 1.37 to ship it but I just liked how it looked but I don't know much about revenue issues so can anyone shed a little info on this? Thank you.

I don't collect revenues, but it looks like R15(1864) in the Scott catalog. Yours has a nice clear Dec 4, 1869 date.
