the other day the postman left a signature confirm package of circuit books from the APS on my stoop and moved on..my wife who has more nerve than I do called after him...hey aren't you supposed to have someone sign for this ...theres 4 thousand dollars in stamps in the box and if we don't sign for it we could say we never got it?...he ambled back with a giggle, mumbled something about paper work and gave her the form to sign...WHAT AN IDIOT !

I am constantly requesting a refund for signature cards that come back with no name or just a x. It is not that I am cheap even though the wife says I squeak when I walk.
It is the principle of the matter, I also like watching my clerk's look of confusion when they have to go and get the postmaster because they have no clue how to refund or even argue that there is no such thing for this.
