Nice addition, the third U.S. airmail issue (Dec 10, 1918). C-3 was the first (May 13, 1918) followed by C-2 (July 7, 1918). The C-1 was the first airmail only stamps issued in the U.S. as the previous 24 cent and 16 cent included a 10 cent immediate delivery fee (special delivery).

Very nice Dale, the early US Airmails are some beautiful pieces of work with some of the best engraving of all US releases.
