I am about to mount these,
any gossip I can put on the page?

Do these attract an SG Catalogue Number?

Thanks

Love the Vickers Vimy postmark. Nice stamps too. I like kangaroos; they remind me of Skippy, one of my favorite tv series back then.

Rod, I'm not sure Gibbons list these types of 'Stamps'. Counter printed labels. like the Large Horizon Machins do not find a place in their catalogues.

Of course, times are changing so expect Gibbons to change with it.

SG does not list these counter-printed labels. There is a long blurb in the SG Pt.1 (British Commonwealth) after the 1994 Australian Wildlife (series 2), giving the history of these larger counter-printed labels. They were used as Exhibition labels from Aeropex 94 onwards.
You can find some information about Aeropex 2003 in the ASB no.272(Oct-Dec 2003)in the Specialist Notes, page III.
