I have a problem with identifying this official stamp - is it the one represented on the list down?

yes! it is from cover, I am pretty sure now. I suspected earlier that it is cut of a cover, but didn't see anywhere listed cover of such a type. thanks!

In most cases, there really is no need to post on another board. SCF does a pretty solid job with most everything that shows up here. It may take an hour; it may take a day. Not many items stump this group.

Superman, when I viewed the Frajola stamp board a few years ago most of the posts concerned US classic stamps and
there seemed to be at that time a clique of stamp snobs who dominated all the discussions.

As Cjd says there are enough people on this board who are very knowledgeable.

superman, thank you for the advice and your help in determinate the stamp. I received on this forum almost all answers I needed in last couple of months, so I will save frajola board as a joker in some very special cases. as litho' said, people hear are also very knowledgeable, and I like to post on this forum. thanks again to you, and to all helpful people on this thread and on the entire forum!
