St. Paul, MN Precancel ID (L-Type)

I would appreciate any assistance in helping me identify this older St. Paul, MN precancel. I assume it is an L-type (and I do not have a reference guide for those.)

As you probably know, there are numerous L-types known for St. Paul, MN, therefore if it helps toward identification, the distance between bars is 9.5mm; the distance between city and state name is 1.0mm.
