The only ones I know for sure would be:

PRR = Pennsylvania Railroad
YMCA = Young Men's Christian Association

NYC could be either "New York City" or "New York Central" (as in the former railroad). In any case, there are a couple on this site that have catalogs that can help ID some of the others. So stay tuned.

(BTW, I have a couple of CSS Co. perfin, too. Haven't been able to ID it yet either.)

CNR is Canadian National Railway and it is found on both U.S. and Canada stamps, NYC is New York Central, GTW is Grand Trunk Western Railway
