I found the spanish stamps with the Viva Franco overprints interesting.
Ayamonte is a small town and also a region on the south west corner of Spain.
It seems these are regional stamps from the 1930s, after the civil war.
Here's a catalogue listing from another stamp forum, which lists it (the catalogue) as a 1960 Galvez. Hope you can read it.

What I find odd is the phrase 'cocinas economicas' translates in Google as economical kitchens. Don't see the connection.
