The first US postal card you scanned appears to be Scott #UX4 or #UX5 issued in 1875. The difference is in the watermark. UX4 contains a small "USPOD" watermark in monogram; UX5 contains no watermark. If watermarked, the value could be $350; if unwatermarked only 40 cents.

The second US postal card you scanned is Scott #UX9 with a used value of 55 cents.

Of course, that's just the "philatelic" value of the cards. There are collectors who may place a premium on the advertising and/or postmarks or address information on cards from this era.
