I'll post some info., as I do research on them. As for the last scan, this is a First Flight Cover from Moose Jaw to Calgary dated March 3, 1930. It is suggested to be cover #235n at this link:

Actually, a similar cover is currently being auctioned on ebay, suggesting that it is also known as a 3011n in "The Airmails of Canada and Newfoundland", however, I do not have that catalog to confirm.

The first postal card with Boston (Hanover St.) cancel is Scott UX27. Used value 25 cents. Very common.

The second postal card (depicting Ulysses S. Grant) appears to be in blue print which would make it a Scott UX11 issued in 1891. Catalog value for used card is $3.00.

Scans 3 and 4, with mint cards (depicting Wm. McKinley) is a Scott UX18 issued in 1902. Mint value is $17.50, however, if cards are preprinted on the back, value drops considerably. (I have a 2002 catalog that showed the mint value at $12.50; the preprinted value at only $1.60 ... so there's quite a variation there.)

The next scan (depicting Ulysses Grant) is on "Reply Card". Assuming it's detached from the "Message Card" portion, it would be a UY3r. 2002 catalog value was $6.00 (unused; preprinted) and $2.50 (used). (Not sure if the Rec'd postmark on back is from that card or the next one, though.)

Continuing to the next scan with two cards shown...

The first one (depicting Thomas Jefferson) is Scott UX14. Unused value on a preprinted card is $2.50 (2002 catalog value).

The second one (depicting Ulysses Grant) on a Message Card (detached from Reply Card) is Scott UY3m, valued at $2.50 used (2002 catalog value).

The next scan showing a used card (depicting Wm. McKinley) is the same as the unused cards shown earlier as a UX18. In used condition it catalogs for 35 cents.

Now I think I covered it all...
