I don't have much expertise on US stamps, so looking for information on this one.
Can anyone help me identify it? I think it is #78, but not 100% sure..
I just found it in an old stock book. Has it been cut on the right side? Or is it from the right edge of a sheet?

Ooooh my other nemesis lol
It looks like it has been cut but full sheets of high denomination stamps like this were cut up in to 2 or 4 because of the cost and liklyhood of being used before they were replaced but I can't help with the I'd as I have 5 myself and no clue But just for fun and to see how colour blind I am I'd say it's a 70b or a 78c let's see how wrong I am lol
