To my understanding a c-grill is 13X16 mm with 16 or 17 X 18 to 21 and can have points up or down. I would not classify it as rare but as uncommon. If my memory serves me, the Scott color guide places it a 4 or 5. However still a very nice find and the best that I have see you post.
