I found this one while picking through the company mail before it went to the shredder tonight. What I would like to know is it for real and why did the sender folder over the stamp to the back of the envelope? Sizing is not the best.

OK that also answers why it was folded over the envelope being a label not a stamp.

I have had a couple of these used on mail sent to me myself. While they may be well called labels, it is still puzzling to me why someone would have folded them over the envelope?? They are still produced to pay the postage fees.

These are certainly collectible regardless. BTW - don't try to soak them. I heard they will come apart.
