I know that the mainline cachetmakers have provided cachets for postal cards and embossed envelopes, what I didn't realize is that they also did them up for Aerogrammes and Reply Cards. Seems a bit overkill to me, but I guess they simply added them to the pieces after-the-fact which enabled them to sell them at a premium to collectors.
