Need help,looks like the sheet is unused but glue is missing from half the back. The precancel is Brockton, MA. Sheet of 50 postage due. What do I have here? Value??







Any help would be appriciated.

The precancel is Brockton MA PSS-232, c/v 0.10 - so whatever value you have is not enhanced by the precancel.
