Many years back Aust' PO's were issued with these Philatelic 'Display Only' specimen envelopes, showing what was available.

Finches are these Specimen Only for display ,I thought I read somewhere they were for training P.O. staff

Rod222 and Aussie Al re; the Specimen envelopes. Looked up my flimsy records, I did a swap over 30 years ago in which I also got this 'Missing Branches' and head/wing color used Galah.
