Hello everybody, Can someone please tell me what these triangle handstamps are for? The top cover is 1965 and the second one is dated 1960.Thanks in advance

Looks like you have stumped SCF :)

My guess, it is a censor mark
why: in the 1960"s?
I have no idea.

rod222, I looked at Wikipedia last night and it seems that there was a lot of unrest in Iraq during the 1950's and 1960's. There were a couple of successful military coups and at least one unsuccessful coup. That may explain the possibility of these being censor stamps.
