Going through a purchase of Australia I made this weekend.
Australia, Scott #173, A30 has a watermark of #228.
An old page I purchased (Minkus)has a spot for Minkus 374 Un-watermarked. I pulled the stamp, and near as I can it is un-watermarked but yet nowhere in Scott can I find a listing for it, only WMK 228 is listed for that stamp. Scott 2010 catalogue.

Does Scott not care about the un-watermarked issue or am I not seeing the forest for the trees??

Any assistance appreciated,

Thanks,
Chuck

The year of issue and description at least would help immensely.

Thanks 64idgaf for the help on the I.D. and to the rest for pointing
out my error of assuming that everyone knew which one I was talking about.
I sure need to invest in a photo scanner if I want some help.

Thanks again,
Chuck

This is a corner block of the stamp in question.

Originally issued in 1938 with the CofA watermark, the initial issue was perforated 13 1/2 x 14. In 1942 the stamp was issued with perforation 14 3/4 x 14. In 1956 it was issued again on unwatermarked paper, perf 14 3/4 x 14.

They are cheap and I wouldn't be without one, but you can also use google images to find pictures of what you want, that is how I located the block in the post above.
