These again I'm sure are revenues and I believe the dficit with heavy orange cancel says Lima so I put these 2 together for mor information.

I think the gentleman is Scott 125, from 1894 (he is President Remigio Morales Bermudez). It is also found without the horseshoe.

The second is an 1881 postage due, Scott J11. Original overprints are brick-red, oily ink, and reprints are thicker ink, bright red in color.
