Anyone know the Catalog Number and Value for this one?

A couple weeks ago when we were discussing camels on airmail stamps, I made this one as a joke for you Aussies.

Kirk, that looks like a modern forgery of the "missing apostrophe" variety.

Legitimate overprints are a shiny blue-black, best identified under UV light. I shined my UV light at my screen, and didn't see anything at all, so I think you are out of luck.
