The block of 4 is Type IV Scott 279B. What is the perf on the booklet pane?

Once you have the perf (10), the ID on the booklet depends on whether it has a watermark or not. The 425 has a single line watermark. If no watermark then it is 463.

On a multiple, like the pane, the watermark should be fairly easy in watermark fluid.
